I am an artist, and by that nature, an interpreter, a truth-teller, and an outright liar. I paint my dreams and fantasies, my fears and concerns. I paint the spaces in which I exist, and the spaces I wish existed.

The physical execution of a work allows artists to explore and alter their relationship to the world and the elements in it. Therefore I paint what is real to me, and I try to paint it honestly, so that others may experience my own imaginings as clearly as I do.

All that is painted is inherently untrue, because it has been retold through subjective eyes and hands. So, if it is to be believed, the strictest attentions must be paid to craftsmanship and design principle elements such as colour and composition. Of particular interest to me is the psychological aspect of art, as it reveals me totally, and at the same time can be used to manipulate the experiences of the viewer.
